Season archive

Archive a season.

Once a season’s end date has passed, open it in the Content Library, select the artifacts worth publishing, and send that exact set to the public season archive. Unselected drafts remain available for review.

Team

Invite a teammate.

Department admins can bring new teammates on board without churning passwords. Send a setup link, watch the list, and resend if it stalls in spam.

Send a one-time setup link. The invitee sets their password and lands in this department's dashboard with the role you pick.

A real better-auth account is created on submit — the invitee gets a setup email within seconds.

Editors can draft content; Viewers can read only.

Pending invites can be re-sent or cancelled. Accepted invites stay here as an audit trail of who has joined the department.

Outreach controls

Weekly digest.
